If you don't already know exactly what I am talking about then check the attached screenshots to jog your memory if you are an ENB user. Anybody know if there is a way to disable the white and red text that ENBseries displays in the top-left corner when first launching Skyrim? It hangs around for so long that I have loaded a game well before it goes away.
